Return & Refund

If your product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return and refund. Please notify us at hello@autopackco.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Once the issue is verified, we will schedule a return pickup. After the return is completed, the refund will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.

Return & Defect Notification Policy

At AutoPack Co., we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, in the rare case that a defect is found, the Customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. This notification should include adequate proof of the defect, such as clear images or videos of the issue. Upon reviewing the evidence, we will assess the situation and provide guidance on the next steps, whether it be a replacement, repair, or other suitable resolutions

Custom Orders Policy

Please note that custom orders are not eligible for returns due to their personalized nature. Since these products are specifically tailored to the Customer’s unique requirements, including custom designs, sizes, and specifications, they cannot be resold or reused. Therefore, we encourage our customers to carefully review all details and proofs during the design approval process to ensure complete satisfaction before production
