Accurate Shipping Information

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Any changes to shipping information must be communicated to AutoPack Co. in writing in a timely manner

Reputable Carriers & Delivery Timelines

AutoPack Co. uses reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery timelines will be communicated to the Customer in advance

Dispatch for Pre-Designed & In-Store Products

For all pre-designed or in-store products, dispatch will occur within 5-7 business days after receiving full advance payment

Dispatch for Custom Orders
  • Standard Custom Orders: Custom orders, excluding compostable mailers and garment bags, are dispatched within 10-15 business days of receiving full payment
  • Custom Designs by AutoPack Co.: If AutoPack Co. is responsible for the design, products will be dispatched within 10-15 business days of final design approval
  • Compostable Mailers & Garment Bags: Custom compostable mailers and garment bags are dispatched within 30 business days of payment completion

Unforeseen Delays

Shipping timelines may be affected by public holidays, festivals, natural calamities, or other unforeseen events. AutoPack Co. will promptly notify the Customer of any such delays
